Paypal complaints:
It's not bad enough they have a million dollar law suit that they lost
but now they are not refunded paypal charges when you get riped off?
Paypal is getting really bad, I have a feeling as soon as a good company
comes along they will be no more. Hopefully ebay will not go with them.
How sad that we U.S. residents can be "taken-in" by our good
neighbors up north in Canada. I am refering to MP#PlayerStore.com in
Montreal. I,
like many other bargain hunters used this website to find a great deal.
Only AFTER my defective merchandise arrived, did I find the multiple
complaint pages on the internet about this not-so-honest company. Listen
up all you audiophiles and videophiles that think you will save a buck!
The merchandise you will get is mostly "gray", direct from
China, in the
original cheap paper boxes. The inexpensive shipping to the USA from
Canada is in the original cheap boxes, not double boxed by the company,
and centainly not insured. MP3 does NOT check out the merchandise before
it is sent to you, and so receiving it damaged is almost a given. MP3
does not care, as a matter of fact they prefer that you are not satisfied,
because when you return it for refund, they will NOT give you the full
amount even though they know it is damaged and not restockable! They
merely send this defective merchandise to the next customer, and keep
making the profit from restocking charges of 15%, without ever selling
more than that one item. Great gimmick, and it works for them since
the Canadian government does not shut them down. (Wish I didn't have
a conscience, and could move to Canada to do the same, and make a lot
of money!!!)
Did I mention, that you will NOT be able to get them on the phone, and
if you do, they will only refer you to the website which then gives
you a phone number, which refers you to the website, and so it goes
around.
By the way, when we here in lower America want to send an item back
to Canada, we MUST declare it, and pay the duty as well (even on broken
and defective merchandise) if the item is over $17. 00. The MP3 Store
will refuse the shipment if you did not pay the duty. In addition, you
should send the item insured and track it. What happened to the bargain
price now??? Sounds like a bad joke, since even the USPS laughs when
you tell them what you are doing.
Save your money folks, and buy US by paying a bit more, but getting
what you want, instead of a headache, legal hassles, and a lot of lost
time and money in the end. Above all, STAY AWAY FROM MP3PLAYERSTORE.

Paypal has frozen large accounts of their users for months sometimes
for reasons the Paypal user can't control. Even though we have not had
any issues with the companies we work with we hear horror stories about
them way to often.

If so here is my deal
I have a paypal account that was blocked by my usage. Their reason was
I am connected to an account of another person who has issues with their
account. This other account person has used my address in the past to
have her items she purchased off ebay to my house as she lives in a
apt. Since she has issues with paypal they blocked MY account. They
requested all kinds of information which I gave them and now tell me
that they will not unblock my account till this other girls account
is cleared up. I Have NO control over her OR her account. Please help
they are holding nearly 1500.00 Of my money. My paypal account is: Thepeanutshell@cox.net
It makes me very angry as I have MS and have in the past used my paypal
for my meds online and I cant even do that now. This is so not right.
